We are just as excited as you for you to receive your goodies! We strive to ship items same or next day. However, as a home based business this may not always be possible. Please allow up to three days for processing and shipping. While extremely rare, in an event that it may take longer we will reach out via email. First Class items take 3-5 business days to receive once shipped, and Priority Items take 2-3 business days. Holidays may affect shipping times.
While we want you to love everything you receive, we know that things like fit or simply just not being what you expected play a part in your purchase. Your happiness is our priority so we offer exchanges only, on any items that just don’t make the cut. The item must be returned unworn, in new condition, and with tags attached. Customer pays return shipping. Please check your items upon receipt to ensure they are satisfactory prior to wearing.
Your exchange must be initiated by sending me an email or PM within 3 days of receiving the item and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Credits for exchange are only good for 30 days after original product is returned, and can only be used on current in stock items (no pre-orders). I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and I will work with you to reach a resolution, just ask!
